What a Medicare agent gets on the Free plan
Keep the beneficiary, spouse and household together with their policies, notes and follow-ups on one record.
Pick a state and county and compare the Medicare Advantage and Part D plans CMS lists there: star rating, premium, out-of-pocket maximum, cost sharing and drug tiers.
When the client's county has a reported Medicare Advantage disruption, or a plan CMS shows leaving for the coming year, a warning appears on the same screen.
Scope of Appointment and ACA consent forms can be sent for e-signature on every plan, Free included.
Medicare plan comparison and disruption warnings are available on every ChronosCodex plan, including Free.
No contracts; plans are monthly. Paid plans start at $29 a month (Solo) if you outgrow Free.
How a Medicare client flows through ChronosCodex
When the client chooses a plan, pick it on the policy from a list filtered to the client's county and carrier. ChronosCodex fills the plan ID, plan type, star rating and premium, and saves a benefits snapshot to the policy so you can see what the client has at the next review.
This is plan comparison, not an individual quote: it does not price a plan with a person's drugs and pharmacy. Use your Medicare quoting tool for that, such as SunFire. ChronosCodex works alongside it and keeps the client relationship.
What Free does not include
- Individual Medicare quoting. Drug and pharmacy pricing for a specific person happens in your Medicare quoting tool.
- Calling and texting. Phone and SMS run natively inside ChronosCodex on your agency's own numbers, but they start on paid plans.
- Fax. Fax is available on paid plans.
- More than one login. Free is for one agent. Add teammates on a paid plan.
If your book passes 500 clients and prospects, or you need a second login or texting, the plan picker on our home page tells you which plan fits.
Questions Medicare agents ask
Is this a free trial?
No. The Free plan is $0 a month with no credit card and no trial period. Paid plans are monthly with no contracts, and you only move up if you choose to.
Where does the Medicare plan data come from?
From public Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) files: the Landscape and Plan Benefit Package files. No carrier-confidential data is used. Confirm plan details with the carrier's Summary of Benefits before presenting them to a beneficiary.
Can I send a Scope of Appointment on the Free plan?
Yes. Scope of Appointment and ACA consent forms can be sent for e-signature on every plan.
Does ChronosCodex replace SunFire?
No. Use SunFire, or the Medicare quoting tool you already use, for individual quotes and enrollment. ChronosCodex keeps the household, the policy, the paperwork and the follow-ups around it.
